First Track
Get on the list
Effective November 6, 2026
First Track Run Club ("First Track," "we," "us") is a run club in Middletown, Delaware. This policy explains what we collect on firsttrackrunclub.com, why, who helps us handle it, and how to have it changed or removed.
What we collect
When you get on the list, we collect what you type into the form: your first name, your last name if you give it, your mobile number if you give it, and your email address if you give it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use cookies, analytics, ad trackers, or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To text and email you the run date, the start point, weather calls, and other updates about First Track runs.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To keep the site and the sign-up form working and free of spam.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree to get text messages from First Track Run Club about our runs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. Your consent to texts is not a condition of joining a run.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text message opt-in and consent will not be shared with any third party.
If you give us your email address, you agree to get emails from First Track Run Club about our runs. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of service providers, who handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector), our contact list, which stores sign-ups and sends our texts and emails.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps the server records described above.
The "This week's track" player loads from Spotify or SoundCloud only after you tap play. Links to Instagram, Strava, and YouTube take you to those services. Once you use them, their own privacy policies apply, and they may collect information about you across different websites.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details until you ask us to remove them or until the club no longer needs them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing firsttrackrunclub@gmail.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, and use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we will also tell people on the list by email or text.
